Introduction:
Toyota Hilux Technical Specifications are shown below in the most common models imported into the UK. There was a Generation 1 which was from 1989 - 1992. This model was primarily a copy of the Hilux flatbed vehicle with (at first) a detachable rear panel and later a fixed hard cover. The model suffered greatly from cracked cylinder heads in the diesel version. We have shown only a comparison between the Generation 2 and 3 Hilux Surf as these are the only model ranges that are currently being imported into the UK at this time in any volume.
